The Grainbelt Brewery
The Grain Belt brewery built at the end of the 19th century produced one of the best-selling beers in the upper Midwest, Golden Grain Belt beer. The brewery closed in 1975 and was dormant for 25 years. In 2002, after investing more than a year and millions of dollars refurbishing the historic structure, RSP Architects moved its Minnesota headquarters there.
